RETURN POLICY

At The Fieldhouse Co., every item is made-to-order just for you. Because many of our products are customized with school names, activities, or personalization, we’re not able to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect choices, or changes of mind.  However, we always want you to love your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we’re here to help.


Eligible Returns & Replacements

We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

✔ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, broken, faulty, misprinted, or with any manufacturing issue, we will replace it free of charge.

✔ Incorrect Item Received

If we sent the wrong style, design, or organization by mistake, we will correct it immediately.

✔ Order Lost in Transit

If your order is lost or delayed beyond reasonable shipping windows, we will investigate and send a replacement if needed.

To process a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the problem

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are printed on demand and often personalized, the following cannot be returned:

  • Incorrectly ordered sizes, colors, or designs

  • Items personalized with names, dates, or custom details

  • Items customized with a school or organization chosen by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

If a product is defective or misprinted, it is still eligible for replacement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin production quickly after submission. For that reason:

  • Changes or cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • After production begins, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Because items are made-to-order, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If your product is defective or incorrect, we will replace it with the same item/style originally ordered.
